In your new role you will:
  • Support & coordinate the IT solution rollout / implementation.
  • Support user requirements gathering and hand over to Service Provider as well as ensure delivery to User always with good quality.
  • Involved in IT solution development using ABAP, testing and release as well as relevant documents preparation.
  • Participate in Project as project member to support project work packages and deliveries.
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any equivalent course.
  • More than 8 years of relevant experience with SAP WM functional support or relevant experience in Warehouse solutions & processes.
  • At least 2 years experience in 2nd & 3rd level SAP WM functional support or relevant experience in Warehouse solutions & processes.
  • Good knowledge of SAP IT WM module and processes.
  • Experience in completing multiple projects from end to end, both as a team member and as a project manager.
  • Good logical thinking, analytical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good interpersonal skills, people-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of ABAP would be an added advantage.
  • Fast learner and self driven ; Self motivation; Proactive.
