This is a hands-on role that combines team leadership with a balance of day-to-day execution, long-term planning, and process optimization.In this position, you will lead a team responsible for overseeing the entire procurement lifecycle across new construction and service projects. Your duties will include sourcing, supplier negotiations, purchase order issuance, contract management, and logistics coordination. You will ensure that procurement activities are executed on time, comply with company policies, and align with project and business objectives.Beyond operational management, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining procurement processes across the organization by improving tools and systems and fostering stronger communication between internal teams and external partners. Your strategic insights will contribute to shaping procurement strategy, enhancing supplier performance, and driving regional sourcing initiatives - particularly within Southeast Asia.The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree and bring a minimum of 8 years' relevant procurement experience, preferably within sectors involving large-scale or project-based operations such as construction or oil and gas.
