We’re seeking an experienced Project Planner / Project Control to own the development and control of complex schedules for our EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas and petrochemical sectors. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are clearly defined, resources are optimized, and timelines are met.What You’ll DoPartner with engineering, construction, procurement, and project teams to clarify scope, agree on deliverables, and align on resource needs and timelines per contractual obligations.Build, maintain, and update fully integrated project timelines using Primavera P6.Monitor schedule performance, produce regular progress and forecast reports, highlight variances, and propose corrective measures.Scrutinize subcontractor schedules to spot slippages or discrepancies, and help craft and implement recovery plans.Facilitate schedule review sessions with internal stakeholders and client representatives.Contribute planning and scheduling expertise to bid and proposal activities.Who You AreYou bring at least 10 years of hands-on planning experience on EPC projects, ideally within Oil & Gas or petrochemical environments.You’re adept at Primavera P6, Excel, and project control frameworks (WBS/CBS structuring, earned value management, S-Curves, dashboards, etc.).You have a strong grasp of risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.You hold a degree in Engineering or a related field.You’re comfortable being deployed on site as project demands dictate.You possess a meticulous, analytical mindset and thrive on solving complex scheduling challenges.
