Provide on-site technical support for fiber network operations, including fault troubleshooting and circuit restoration.
Perform fiber splicing, termination, patching, and testing for all cable diversion-related work.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and external partners.
Remain on standby to respond to fiber cable faults associated with diversion activities.
Execute access fiber cable work in assigned areas in compliance with operational standards and engineering instructions.
Support timely project handovers and assist stakeholders in achieving project deadlines.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve implementation and deployment issues.
Operate fiber testing and diagnostic equipment to support maintenance and fault-finding efforts.
Assess on-site situations and recommend the most effective technical solutions to meet customer requirements.

Skills for Success:

Nitec in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications or in relevant field

1–2 years of relevant experience in fiber network operations or field support roles.Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities effectively.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders.High level of attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.Self-motivated, able to work independently, and contribute effectively as part of a team.Are you ready to say Hello to BIG Possibilities?
