With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation to reach more people, more effectively.As a Business and Data Analyst Intern, you will support data validation and quality assurance between our Global BI and o9 Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tool using Python or SQL. You will collaborate closely with Global S&OP, IT teams, and external providers to ensure accurate data flow and address any discrepancies. This role provides hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a global business environment.What you will do
  • Verify and validate data between WSA and IBP systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and quality
  • Investigate discrepancies to identify root causes of data issues
  • Automate manual Excel processes and generate datasets to support global team operations
  • Deliver insights through data cleaning, visualization, and reporting using Power BI and other tools
  • Support the S&OP team by setting up new dashboards and visuals.
What you bring
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics or a related field
  • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Python, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
