- Assist customers by understanding their vehicle concerns and recommending suitable service or repair solutions
- Act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop to ensure clear and responsive communication
- Keep customers updated on job progress and repair timelines
- Handle daily intake of cars for servicing and manage service scheduling
- Deliver a positive customer experience from check-in to vehicle collection
- Support the workshop team by aligning service expectations with actual job progress
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Basic vehicle knowledge is preferable but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Friendly, proactive team player with a willingness to learn
- Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and service excellence
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
