- Lead Digital Adoption: Drive successful technology and digital adoption initiatives across APAC offices, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with key stakeholders, particularly lawyers and legal professionals, to encourage adoption and optimize usage of digital tools.
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and guide a small team, including 2 direct trainer reports, to deliver impactful adoption programs.
- Change Management: Understand regional challenges and tailor adoption strategies to suit diverse cultural and business contexts.
- Project Delivery: Develop adoption roadmaps, track progress, and deliver cross-functional initiatives on time and within scope.
- Content & Training: Oversee creation of clear, structured technical content and training materials to support end-users.
- Data-Driven Approach: Leverage analytics and feedback to continuously improve adoption effectiveness and measure impact.
- Experience: 8+ years in digital adoption, change management, user enablement, or training roles. Background in project management or technology highly desirable.
- Project Management: Strong skills in developing and executing adoption roadmaps and cross-functional initiatives.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to secure buy-in at all levels.
- Strategic & Analytical: Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action and influence decision-making.
- Content Development: Skilled in writing clear, structured technical content tailored to different audiences.
