  • Support the review of single family office account plan data completed by front office and identify business opportunities to further anchor the relationship with the bank.
  • Prepare MIS reports from the account plan for management reporting
  • Assist with queries on account opening for family offices
  • Assist with the establishment of VCC sub-funds by working with various stakeholders to prepare fund documents and seeing the sub-fund account opening process through
  • Work with stakeholders on any adhoc transactions required by the sub-fund
  • Support month-end review of the NAV prepared by the Fund Administrator for each sub-fund before updating the information into Avaloq
  • Assist to prepare investor data required for regulatory reporting and perform review on all LPOAs of the sub-funds to ensure that they continue to meet the exemption/licensing requirements to manage the investments of the sub-funds
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Banking or related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry, preferably with exposure to wealth management and private banking.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and MIS reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Good understanding of governance and risk/control related matters.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-department stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
