Job Description:The CompanyOur client, a leading insurance company undergoing a dynamic transformation journey, is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Project Manager to join their team on a 12-month contract with potential of extension. This role will drive strategic initiatives to implement new products, services, and system enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement across finance and business operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong change management skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leading teams through transformation.The Role
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives supporting the company's strategic growth and innovation objectives.
  • Drive implementation of new products, services, and system enhancements affecting finance processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to identify and prioritize transformation opportunities.
  • Manage change management activities and ensure stakeholder engagement across multiple business lines.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to transformation team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor project progress and deliverables to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
Your Profile
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business, IT, or related fields.
  • Proven experience leading finance transformation or change initiatives, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams or workstreams at managerial level or above.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
