  • Supervise and mentor a team of static maintenance analysts.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet daily operational requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
Operational Oversight
  • Oversee the accurate setup and maintenance of static data including account information, customer profiles, pricing, and reference data.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
  • Monitor and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and escalations in a timely manner.
Process Improvement & Risk Management
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance automation.
  • Implement and monitor controls to mitigate operational risks.
  • Participate in system upgrades, UAT testing, and process re-engineering initiatives.
Reporting & Governance
  • Prepare and present operational metrics, dashboards, and incident reports to senior management.
Job Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years in banking operations, with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in account services is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of KYC and compliance procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
