
Manager, Cash Management Ops Centre

- Supervise and mentor a team of static maintenance analysts.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet daily operational requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee the accurate setup and maintenance of static data including account information, customer profiles, pricing, and reference data.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Monitor and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance automation.
- Implement and monitor controls to mitigate operational risks.
- Participate in system upgrades, UAT testing, and process re-engineering initiatives.
- Prepare and present operational metrics, dashboards, and incident reports to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years in banking operations, with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in account services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of KYC and compliance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
