- Drives the digital transformation and strategy for SG Consumer Banking Operations.
- Key project management resource to drive end-to-end strategic initiatives covering digital and business transformation, driving operational efficiency as well as effective change management.
- Liaise with the business sponsor, product owner and other stakeholders to establish priorities for delivery.
- Set up Project Steering Committees and provides Senior Management and Stakeholders with project milestones, status, steers for executive decision or escalation.
- Establish and maintain project plan. Ensures that implementation actions, issues and risk are identified and addressed effectively.
- Proven successful project delivery experience, preferably within the Consumer Banking Operations space with minimum 5 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
- Good understanding of Project Management Lifecycle.
- Meticulous individual with good time management to oversee and manage multiple deliverables.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable in collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Good team player with ability to work independently.
