- Assist the sales specialist personnel in the qualification of Major Account customer in squad B (FSI, Healthcare and Education Sector needs and performing pre demo needs analysis to assigned accounts.
- Accountable in influencing and leading all technical and RFP opportunities generated from assigned accounts.
- Demonstrations of the managed security services (hereby called product), both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite within customers venues and or offsite within Singtel.
- Generation of product demo POC together with vendors to demonstrate the capabilities of managed services to pull thru both network and cybersecurity opportunity.
- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
- Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents with clear solutioning ownership.
- Staying relevant to cyber security knowledge and landscape with constant upgrading or attending strategic or professional certification.
- Supporting Marketing events - user conferences, trade shows, webinars, govware etc
- Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
- Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.
- In conjunction with Sales Personnel and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments, expectations solution blueprint in preparation for operational deployment.
- Taking lead in strategic accounts planning with Sales Specialist and or Customer Fronting Unit jointly with Squad member to ensure technical competencies alignment to key go to market planning.
- Taking lead in solution that could involve more than one business units (BU) or cross functional requirement from design, build, optimize, presentation leading to solution blueprint briefing hand over to operational team.
- Continuous accountability for pre and post sales solution challenge.
- To take up mentoring role toward junior sales engineer.
- Degree or other relevant qualification.
- 7 Years and above with MSS or cybersecurity system integration (SI) experience.
- Networking, major vendor solution or Managed security services.
- Network and security experience.
- Professional certification such as Cloud, CISA, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP would be a bonus.
