Translate business goals into full-funnel media mixes and test plans.

Hands-On Optimisation Backup

Step in to tweak bids, audiences, or landing-page copy when needed.

Analytics & Insight Delivery

Build Looker Studio dashboards; run cohort and attribution analysis.
Convert numbers into action items for creatives and devs.

Client Education & Expectation Setting

Explain platform changes (e.g., cookie deprecation) in plain English.
Negotiate priorities and phase approaches when budgets shift.

Problem-First Mindset

Diagnose performance dips, tech glitches, or creative fatigue - and rally the right experts to fix them fast.

Requirements

3 to 6 years running paid and organic digital programs; deep expertise in at least one channel.
Mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, basic SQL/Sheets; familiarity with CDPs is a plus.
Proven client-facing chops and storytelling with data.
Ability to brief and manage designers, devs, and copywriters.
