You are expected to do A-Z of everything. From meetings to conceptualising to doing proposals, site visits, setups and tear downs after 10pm. Learning how to manage budgeting, technical knowledge of how to produce the required items for event use, learning PR skills, to manage clients and vendor and many other soft skills.
