- Collaborate with product managers to understand and prioritize analytical needs, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers.
- Proactively define and enhance data collection and analysis processes based on business use cases to address stakeholder questions.
- Create and maintain web-based interactive visualizations by interpreting data and integrating multiple data sources into comprehensive reporting components.
- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting the best methods and tools to optimize solution scalability and performance.
- Develop best-practice reports and dashboards based on data analysis, mining, and visualization principles.
- Recommend and implement strategies to enhance data quality, readiness, flexibility, and efficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or Information Management.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer, with a focus on analytics, data mining, data visualization, A/B testing, and segmentation techniques.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing data in both structured and unstructured formats.
- Proficiency in creating comprehensive reports and building web-based interactive dashboards.
- Ability to derive and interpret critical metrics to improve product functionality and user experience.
- Advanced programming skills in SQL and Python/R packages for analytics and machine learning.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling large datasets.
- Experience as a Tableau Administrator is an added advantage.
