HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER ($4000-$5500/AWS/VB)

- In charge of the full spectrum of HR matters including but not limiting to recruitment, training, payroll and insurance administration.
- Establish strong partnerships with the line managers to provide advice on labour legislations, HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth resolution of HR matters.
- Provide support to review, enhance current HR processes, work flow and work on HR projects as assigned.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns, maintain employee records and answer general questions related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Oversee work permit/application & renewal, government claims or grants, workmen compensation and incident reporting.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any other duties assigned by the management.
- Diploma / Degree in HR management / Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
