Our client is a leading MNC with a strong commitment to driving innovation. As part of their expansion efforts, they are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to help lead their IAM efforts in the region.This role will be critical in managing identity and access management functions within the organization. This position requires a strong technical infrastructure engineering background, with a focus on operational implementation, service management, and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and optimization of Identity and Access Management processes and systems, with a focus on operational efficiency and service excellence.
Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to understand business requirements and align IAM initiatives with organizational objectives.
Drive Single Sign-On (SSO) integration efforts across various applications and platforms.
Provide expertise in Active Directory (AD) administration and scripting to support IAM operations and initiatives.
Manage and mentor a small team
Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to IAM processes and standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IAM, security, and technology to continuously enhance organizational capabilities.
