
Relationship Manager - Thai Market

- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships and providing holistic financial advice
- Understand each client's risk appetite, financial goals, and investment preferences to deliver personalized solutions
- Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and business development activities
- Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth by deepening wallet share with existing clients and onboarding new clients
- Collaborate with internal product specialists and investment advisors to deliver customized investment, lending, and wealth planning solutions
- Keep clients updated on market trends, portfolio performance, and relevant opportunities
- Ensure adherence to all internal policies and MAS regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough Know-Your-Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) due diligence and periodic reviews
- Maintain high standards of ethics and integrity in all client dealings
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; CFA or MBA preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships
- Strong network of HNW individuals and corporate clients in Thailand
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with ability to navigate the Thai business culture
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets, acquiring new business, and mentoring junior team members
