Responsibilities:

Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating closely with department heads to ensure precision and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Develop, enhance, and manage financial models to support comprehensive long-term financial planning and forecasting.
Evaluate financial outcomes, track key performance indicators, and offer insights and recommendations to senior management.
Compile and present financial reports to both shareholders and the board of directors.
Supervise cash flow management to guarantee the company's readiness to meet financial obligations and pursue strategic initiatives.
Cultivate and manage banking relationships, optimize cash and investment strategies, and negotiate banking terms.
Monitor and uphold the company's credit facilities, ensuring compliance with covenants and regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
At least 6 years working experience, 2 years of supervisory experience
Knowledge in Asset Management will be added advantages
Candidate with Audit background preferred.
