- Execute operation procedures within the cell based on Overhaul Maintenance Manual
- Utilise machines/equipment/tools to carry out disassembly and assembly functions of engines, their associated modules, parts, components or accessories.
- Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encountered in their daily work.
- Actively support and participate in EHS and Continuous Improvement and Ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives.
- Assist the Operations Leaders in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
- Carry out SAP transaction and make necessary changes to work order in SAP.
- Carry out proper documentation.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned.
- Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline. Diploma will be advantageous
- Minimum 2 years work experience in disassembly, assembly or test in relevant aviation industry
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess high level of integrity and accountability with a strong drive towards Quality
- Able to work on weekly rotating shifts
- Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
