- Product Development and Management: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for wealth lending and premium financing, from concept through to launch, promotion, training, and ongoing monitoring.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention through innovative wealth lending solutions.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Oversee the customer lending portfolio, ensuring robust monitoring and reporting mechanisms to prevent defaults and provide Management Information (MI) to management and key stakeholders.
- Solution Delivery: Deliver world-class solutions to retail and affluent clients aimed at growing, protecting, preserving, and transferring their wealth.
- Risk and Control Framework: Develop and manage products within a tight risk and control framework, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Product Strategy and P&L Ownership: Take overall responsibility for the distribution of wealth lending and premium financing products, with a strong focus on product strategy, platform oversight, and P&L ownership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within WRB, including communication and advisory specialists, sales and distribution teams, and external product and service providers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with global, regional, and country teams across Wealth, Risk and Markets, Operations and Technology, as well as Distribution, Proposition, and Marketing functions to deliver competitive solutions that meet client needs.
- Project Implementation: Collaborate with project teams to implement new product solutions and services effectively.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of the competitive environment and industry trends. Utilize analytics and distribution channels to gather customer, industry, and business data to inform strategic decisions.
- Frontline Training: Deliver and continuously improve training for new joiners in the front-line teams, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively promote and manage wealth lending products.

- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Proven experience in secured lending product management, with a track record of successful product development and management
- 8 plus years of experience in wealth management in a bank
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, secured lending , premium financing, and financial planning and advisory services
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of risk management and control frameworks within the financial services industry
