  • 3 years of experience in administrative support, operations or event coordination.
  • A good team player and be able to work independently
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, with a service-oriented attitude and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
  • Able to handle MS Office and adapt at other digital platforms, i.e Xero, Stripe, Slack, Vendor@Gov, etc.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to the Secretariat team including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage office operations including liaisons with landlord, office supplies, equipment and facilities to ensure a conducive working environment.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, audiovisual setup and guest registration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing information, processing membership applications, payment collections and maintaining the database, including facilitating renewals.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management for various projects.
  • Leave management to track and administer employee’s annual leave, sick leave and more.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the Annual General Meeting and Executive Committee meetings, including the documentation and compliance of notices in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast and source for funding priorities to support the chamber’s income stream.
  • Process all employee grant applications.
  • Support monthly processing of payments to vendors.
  • Manage SG Mark submission fees & winners’ package payments and oversee the receipt of payments by their due dates.
  • Manage SG Mark jurors account creation and onboarding.
