
Staff Platform & SRE Engineer (Digital Workplace)

- Lead the design and validation of secure, resilient, and optimized communication and collaboration platforms, integrating both commercial and proprietary systems with disaster recovery capabilities
- Drive platform feature development applying modern software engineering practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and enforce secure coding, access control, encryption, and compliance standards
- Define and monitor SLOs/SLIs, apply SRE best practices for scalability and performance, and lead incident response and troubleshooting across complex systems
- Provide strategic guidance on platform usage and modernization, advise on new technology adoption, and contribute to external technical communities and knowledge sharing
- Design and leverage APIs to enable AI agent functionality, enhancing enterprise automation and digital user experience
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering, with 5-6 years of relevant working experience
- Leadership knowledge in one of following areas:
- Conferencing platforms (e.g., Cisco, Q-Sys, Pexip); Communication platforms (e.g., Skype, Mattermost, OnTalk); Collaboration platforms (e.g., Outlook, SharePoint, Confluence)
- Proven experience and deep understanding in communication and collaboration platform architecture topologies, end-to-end stack components, and containerized environments
- Platforms across Windows, Linux, and Android OS; Containerized environment (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes); Device management systems (e.g., Samsung EMM, WS1, UEM); Observability platforms (e.g., ElasticSearch)
- Proficiency with modern DevOps practices and tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform)
- Expertise in developing custom applications, workflows, plugins, and APIs for enhanced functionality and integration
- Experience with SRE methodologies, synthetic monitoring, and capacity planning
- Possess leadership in transitioning legacy systems to modern platforms and methodologies
- Familiarity with COTS and proprietary system integration
- Experience designing APIs for AI agent integration with enterprise systems
- Contributions to technical communities (e.g., blogs, forums, external partnerships)
