- End-to-End life cycle management of projects and initiatives related to Casino innovation and technology, Redevelopment, and Casino expansion plans.
- Serve as primary point of contact to disseminate and communicate project plans to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and the implications to the organization and recommend mitigation measures.
- Partner Finance Planning Team to conduct monthly forecast of project expenditure for reporting purposes.
- Oversee weekly casino closure requests to reduce impact on casino floor, identify mitigation plans and safeguard Casino Ops' interests.
- Responsible for providing senior management with updates on project status, project spending, project risks and mitigations.
- Execute special projects assigned by senior management.
- Degree in business/project management or related subjects are preferred.
- Relevant experience in project and people management.
- Proactive self-starter, good communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with numbers, intermediate Excel/PowerPoint skills needed.
- Team player, flexible, meticulous, and comfortable with fast-paced working environment.
