- Experience in managing projects from concept to implementation, by guiding designers, managing project deliverables, and consultants.
- Develop user-centric wayfinding concepts.
- Strong in strategic design thinking for wayfinding strategies and systems.
- Strong in design conceptualisation through meaningful stories with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation skills with direct experience presenting to clients.
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements, present design work, and address project-specific challenges.
- Ability to visualise and document ideas in 2D and 3D.
- Strong illustration, typography, composition and information design skills.
- Experience with planning, documentation and management of wayfinding and signage projects.
- Familiarity with architectural construction documents, sections, plans and elevations, proficiency in drawing in scale.
- Working knowledge of print production, signage fabrication and materials, along with vendor management.
- Assist clients with the tender procurement process.
- Monitor the contractors fabrication and installation process by conducting site visits to ensuring adherence to design intent.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, architecture or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in wayfinding design, ideally with a focus on hospitality projects and large-scale developments.
- Proven experience and portfolio of wayfinding and signage design projects.
- Singaporean / Singapore PR (no visa sponsorship required)
- Strong understanding of materials, production techniques and installation methods.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards for signage and wayfinding.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Knowledge of CAD Tools, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D programs preferred.
- Fluency in English. Mandarin Chinese would be an advantage.
