You act as a trusted advisor with a regular seat at the table for strategic discussions, bringing deep expertise in software testing and quality engineering. You start each engagement with a structured assessment of current testing practices, tool landscape, and business goals. From these findings you proactively create a living, outcome-based roadmap that lifts testing maturity, embeds AI enabled quality engineering, and defines measurable success criteria.You work closely with the Customer Growth team to align on adoption targets, monitor health indicators, and uncover opportunities for additional value. You bring together Tricentis product specialists and solution architects to deliver tailored workshops on quality engineering principles, product capabilities, and best practices. You run strategic checkpoints to ensure the roadmap stays aligned with customer priorities and you guide delivery teams in implementing new strategies, measurement frameworks, and process improvements. You lead quarterly executive reviews, share data driven insights, and adjust plans when priorities evolve.
