- Manage the project activities, financial, contractual, and operational involvements
- Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements
- Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices
- Measure project performance, quality and status reporting
- Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive vision and blueprint for target state business and solution architecture.
- Take accountability for excellence in design and execution
- Provide thought leadership and be recognized as the design authority in your functional and industry domains
- Engage client leadership to understand their vision and transformation agenda. Lead the engagement team to assist client in achieving the same

- Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementation with at least 5 years in managerial level in leading projects across all modules
- You will be a recognized leader and have in-depth regional market knowledge
- Deep and wide experience in SAP led transformation programs in manufacturing industries
- Broad understanding and appreciation of emerging business and technology paradigms
- Demonstrated ability to engage client leadership and management on a range of issues
- A self-motivated individual with ability to chart his/ her route to success
- Ability to provide situational leadership to engagement teams, and coaching/ mentorship to team members.
