- Content Strategy & Planning:
- Building and executing a content strategy for the website and social media (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Planning and launching special projects, shows, field productions, collaborations, and creative campaigns. Ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone of voice and overall marketing goals.
- Team Management:
- Leading the content team: writers, journalists, video creators, designers, and freelancers. Setting tasks, controlling deadlines, providing feedback, and improving team performance.
- Content Production Oversight:
- Full responsibility for the quality and consistency of all content — articles, videos, podcasts, social media posts, special formats.
- Managing production processes for offline shoots, on-site events, and video shows.
- KPI Ownership:
- Delivering key performance indicators: traffic growth, engagement (ER), audience growth, reach, and content-driven monetization metrics.
- Working closely with the marketing team on distribution strategies (organic + paid). Innovation &
- Growth:
- Constantly researching trends, formats, and competitor activity. Proposing and launching new formats to engage audiences and grow the brand.
- Deep passion for sports and understanding of sports media trends, formats, and audiences.
- Strong experience in content management for media projects — both website and social media.
- Hands-on attitude.
- Willingness to fully dive into the process — from planning to execution of content beyond articles: special projects, video shows, field productions, collaborations with influencers, etc.
- Excellent skills in content planning, storytelling, and distribution strategy.
- Leadership experience — ability to lead a team of writers, editors, designers, and video creators.
- Understanding of key media KPIs: traffic, engagement, reach, retention, CPM, CPA, etc.
- Creative mindset with a strong operational drive — from generating ideas to delivering results. Proficiency in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- This is a hands-on leadership role. You won’t just delegate — you’ll actively participate in content creation, production processes, and brainstorming.
