- Assist in the planning and execution of the migration process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition to the SAP platform.
- Troubleshoot and provide support during the migration phase.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of digital HR solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to streamline HR processes through automation.
- Provide user support and training on new digital tools.
- Review existing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
- Collaborate with HR team members to consolidate and update documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Gain hands-on experience in HR system migration and digitalization projects.
