Challenging the status quo, we are redefining hospitality with seamless, fun, cool and smart interactions.Job DescriptionThe Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing a team of technicians and external technical professionals to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects and the development of innovative solutions. He/she will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and business objectives.Primary ResponsibilitiesControl of Plant equipment
  • Monitor working condition of the plant equipment
  • Updates on latest information from Logs books and service report
  • In charge of operation and maintenance of all Plant equipment and to take appropriate action
  • Work Order Control System
  • Follow up check and reason for outstanding work order
  • Check work load and efficiency of various section
  • Quality check of completed work order
  • Get feedbacks from Technician
  • Consolidate suggestion for improvement
Preventive Maintenance Program
  • Plan together with Chief Engineer for Annual Preventive Maintenance including design and implementation of proper economic schedule of repair of various equipment and controls
  • Ensure Technician on duty carried out the PM Program work according to the schedule
  • Monitor work quality
Energy Conservation Program
  • Supervise and guide Technician to carry out Energy Conservation Program
  • Closely monitor and control all operating parameters of Utilities / Equipment Operation to ensure high efficiency of utilization and report to Chief Engineer any deviation in the permits perimeters
Training
  • Arrange On Job Training
  • Record all training
Emergencies
  • Work along side with Chief Engineer to ensure Fire Protection system operate in accordance to design and requirement
  • Coordinate Engineering support as required in Hotel
Others
  • Recommend methods for improving performance of Hotel equipment and Facilities
  • Perform other duties as directed by Chief Engineer
Qualifications
  • Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
