
Tender Engineer Intern

- Tendering QS and Administration
- Assist the Tender Managers/Engineers in the BMS bidding process preparation, approval and submission
- Review the equipment schedule and drawings for Quantities
- Point schedule preparation in excel and estimation tools
- Manage SME/SMO stakeholders in preparing SME forms submission and review
- Manage IG/OG Quotations and supplier timelines
- Assist Tender Engineers in preparation of cost estimation tools and submissions
- Coordinate and work closely with Tender Engineers on bid timeline and follow-up actions to complete the task
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Engineering
- Able to read Mechanical and Electrical tender drawings
- Preferably with knowledge on BMS and Sensors/Instrumentation
- Preferably with knowledge on ELV and IBMS systems
- Good communication skills to be able to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, mainly Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Able to work in tight schedules
