
Product Engineering Manager

- Lead and manage a product support team, ensuring seamless new product introductions and robust technical support.
- Collaborate with product teams to influence design and meet service objectives, including uptime, cost of service, and performance delivery.
- Provide direction and guidance to the technical support team for both remote and onsite escalation support, ensuring customer tools meet committed uptime and performance standards.
- Engage with supply chain, manufacturing engineering, and other organizations to ensure products are supportable and sustainable, driving supportability issues to closure.
- Strong business acumen and experience in designing or supporting semiconductor equipment.
- Solid technical background in related science or engineering fields.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 10 years of experience leading a team of design or service engineers in the semiconductor equipment industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct management experience, preferably with experience managing managers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive initiatives and achieve business goals.
- Demonstrates a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Exhibits strong organizational and project management skills.
- Possesses a customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Is adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Masters/Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
- Minimum 6 years of experience in related field
- Experience managing engineers or service personnel is required
