Our group is ranked in the Top 3 in the cosmetics industry and in the Top 10 in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide.Your missionGENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESDeploy and adapt the Pierre Fabre Retail strategy in Singapore for 4 brands Skincare & Haircare (Eau Thermale Avene, Aderma, Rene Furterer, Klorane), operationally supervise commercial activities of each brand ensuring consistency with the sales and marketing strategies, and on daily basis Beauty Advisors management and overall store day-to-day operations .Who you are ?DETAILED MISSIONSBeauty advisors Management
  • Assist to coach, counsel, monitor and discipline employees to improve job results
  • Manage and lead the retail team members to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and sales target while making sure promotions, inventory and stocks level are respected
  • Cycle meeting organization
Sales follow up
  • Planning and implementation of goals/ambitions for field force aiming at consistently driving sales volume and achieving store sales targets.
  • Counters performance follow up and incentive scheme to set up for commission calculation
  • Assist the Commercial Director to achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Point of sales promotions/Merchandising
  • Active participation in the Sales and Operational execution process, including implementing, at store level, the sales and marketing plan.
  • Ensure availability of merchandise and services by co-operating with sales and marketing team
  • Working closely with the Key Account Manager and Merchandising team to provide feedback on promotions, campaigns and retailers sales and activities
  • Assuring with Ba’s planogram, stocks levels
KEY COMPETENCIES
  • Diploma or Degree holder in Business or related discipline
  • 5 years of experience in cosmetics retail / FMCG industry, supervisory experience in retail chain stores operation is a must
  • Strong business acumen and effective problem solving skill
  • Aggressive, result-oriented, good interpersonal and people management skill
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
