- Assist to coach, counsel, monitor and discipline employees to improve job results
- Manage and lead the retail team members to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and sales target while making sure promotions, inventory and stocks level are respected
- Cycle meeting organization
- Planning and implementation of goals/ambitions for field force aiming at consistently driving sales volume and achieving store sales targets.
- Counters performance follow up and incentive scheme to set up for commission calculation
- Assist the Commercial Director to achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Active participation in the Sales and Operational execution process, including implementing, at store level, the sales and marketing plan.
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services by co-operating with sales and marketing team
- Working closely with the Key Account Manager and Merchandising team to provide feedback on promotions, campaigns and retailers sales and activities
- Assuring with Ba’s planogram, stocks levels
- Diploma or Degree holder in Business or related discipline
- 5 years of experience in cosmetics retail / FMCG industry, supervisory experience in retail chain stores operation is a must
- Strong business acumen and effective problem solving skill
- Aggressive, result-oriented, good interpersonal and people management skill
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese
