- Manage and maintain day-to-day operations of the and activities of the site of high-end property
- Ensure effective and efficient management of the common areas through routine checks
- Assist the Residence Manager to support daily operations
- Engage and attend to complaints from residents professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint is addressed with the residents with closure; ensure timely and prompt responses to complaints and requests
- Ensure that all the property management services rendered are in accordance to the contracts' terms and conditions.
- Make regular building inspections and forward the recommendation for rectification.
- Monitor progress payments/claims to ensure cash flow projections.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate / Building Management / Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with local Building Control Act & related regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
