- Draft and review legal documentation for capital markets transactions, including prospectuses, offering circulars, subscription agreements, and trust deeds.
- Advise clients on the structuring, establishment, and operation of debt issuance programmes and equity offerings.
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and market practices.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, stock exchanges, trustees, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Participate in client meetings and calls to discuss transaction structures and legal issues.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to ensure seamless execution of multi-jurisdictional deals.
- Monitor market developments and contribute to thought leadership and client updates.
- Engage in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to practice development.
- Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 1 - 3 years PQE in capital markets within a reputable law firm
- Fluent in Mandarin, can read and write Chinese
- Strong academic credentials in law.
- Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
