About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives that enable stronger customer engagement and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management discipline with a deep understanding of Salesforce as a CRM platform, plus a background in customer or consumer analytics.Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce CRM projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
Manage vendor relationships, ensuring quality delivery, adherence to SLAs, and cost-effectiveness.
Partner with technical teams to design and deliver CRM solutions that support customer segmentation, targeting, and analytics.
Oversee project governance, including timelines, budgets, risk management, and issue resolution.
Facilitate change management and adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the organization.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize CRM workflows, data quality, and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

6+ years of project management experience with a proven track record delivering CRM-related projects.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud preferred).
Background in customer/consumer analytics or data-driven marketing is highly desirable.
Strong vendor management skills, including contracting, delivery oversight, and performance management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - able to engage with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
