- Background in procurement and implementing organisational systems; at least 2 to 4 years of experience in business process redesign and/or change management. • Ability to look at issues from a WOG perspective, review the status quo and integrate procurement policy considerations and operational requirements with what is technologically feasible. • Have a dare-to-do attitude and not afraid to challenge the status quo. • Self-driven and committed individual able to work independently and within teams. • Strong critical thinking, analytical and project management skills. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. • Excellent writing ability and presentation skills.
