Find out more about what a life at Lonza in Singapore could look like for you by watchingAs a SAP Maintenance Data specialist, you will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering to create and maintain accurate plant maintenance master data. This is a 15 months fixed term contract at Singapore Tuas site.What you’ll do
  • Identify, create, maintain, and enforce business rules around the various key master data attributes.
  • Review new and change item attributes to ensure correctness and data quality.
  • Perform data verification and cleansing activities, other master data related setups in ERP system and mass data updates
  • Support business users, resolve data related issues, answer questions and assist
  • Data Migration between systems as required.
  • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by monitoring and sharing best practices in data usage and provide insight into how teams can use data to help in day-to-day decision-making and advise business users on master data topics
  • Train business users on master data request and improvement processes.
  • Assist with authoring data standards, procedures, work instructions and training materials
  • Participate in testing of IT system changes
  • Identify and propose process or system improvement opportunities.
  • Provide guidance to resolve challenging issue relating to Master Data in SAP for CMMS and PM modules (including all aspect of engineering stocks materials andequipment spares BOM (Bill Of Materials) and its related document systempertaining to CMMS & PM master data base.
  • Initiate and supervise continuous improvement of SAP system and practices on site with respect to achieve compliance, reducing waste and improving efficiencies.
What We’re Looking for:
  • 5-10 years experience, with 4-5 years hands on SAP experience
  • Relevant phama industry experience is preferred
  • Strong problem solving ability, troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Planning/Work Management
  • Communication - present facts clearly, logically & accurately so that it can be understood by others
