- Preparing management accounts in accordance with agreed policies and procedures including commentary and analysis against budget and other reports (as required) for the Weybourne Holding Group, and its associated entities as required.
- Review of other entity management accounts (where outsourced agencies are involved) and information as required.
- Ensuring the integrity of the financial numbers including preparation and review of control account reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts.
- Preparing P&L forecasts in support of business managers, ensuring the consistency and appropriateness of approach
- Producing periodic cash flow analysis including anticipated future funding requirements. • Co-ordination of entities’ annual budget process including liaising with various stakeholders and reporting entities’ budgetary figures into WHPL Group. This also includes preparation of information for Entity Board approval.
- Managing key budget holder relationships, providing regular reporting and support as required.
- Liaison with auditors and relevant stakeholders in relation to audit, close out of year-end activities and production of entity statutory accounts.
- Developing and maintaining positive working relationships across the Weybourne Group, facilitating consistent and efficient reporting and enabling cross cover where required.
- Support Tax team in VAT and GST returns as required, including supporting analysis as required.
- Managing the transfer pricing process, working with the tax team to ensure the transfer pricing model is kept up to date, and preparation and processing of associated billing.
- Managing the recharge process for central family office costs to entities, including a regular review of rates and charges, preparation of letters of engagement and associated billing. • Supporting the processing of employees’ corporate credit card claims and out-of-pocket expenses.
- Supporting financial training needs for both finance and non-finance employees.
- Supporting other ad hoc projects and analysis as directed by Senior Management.

- Qualified CA / ACCA or equivalent with 2-5 years working experience
- Previous experience in a role as an accountant, or similar position (involving most of the key tasks listed above).
- Commitment to meeting demanding reporting deadlines. • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Computer literate, with good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience of an ERP system, data visualization software desirable.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals from a range of backgrounds.
- Willing and able to take responsibility and ownership for tasks.
- Ability to work autonomously when required, whilst still possessing strong teamwork skills.
- Strong sense of discretion, appreciating the confidentiality of the work.
