One of our flagship initiatives is ChargedUp — a fast-growing ecosystem focused on the future of electric mobility in Southeast Asia.Job DescriptionUpsight is looking for a driven and detail-oriented intern to support our partnerships and business development efforts across events, innovation programmes, and ecosystem initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with the founding team to identify and engage potential partners and clients, support proposal and bid preparation, and help grow Upsight’s network and impact.This internship is ideal for someone interested in ecosystem building, stakeholder engagement, and gaining exposure to early-stage business development.Main Responsibilities

Research and map key ecosystem players, potential partners, and clients
Support outreach and engagement for events and innovation initiatives
Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and bids for strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities
Coordinate follow-ups and external communications
Help plan and deliver curated events, innovation programmes and ecosystem initiatives
Contribute to broader business development and partnership activities as needed

Who Should Apply?

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or a recent graduate
Proactive, resourceful, and organisedStrong communication, writing, and research skills
Comfortable engaging with external stakeholder and unafraid of cold outreach or initiating conversations
Prior experience in outreach, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement is a plus
Based in Singapore

Structure & Commitment

Full-time (ideally) or part-time (minimum 24 hours/week)
Internship period: Fall 2025 (minimum 3 months)
