Operation Executive (Healthcare | Queenstown)

• Support the establishment and advancement of the Clinical Operations Department through collaboration with clinicians and internal teams.
• Develop and implement innovative operational strategies.
• Ensure seamless execution of daily data extraction and migration processes.
• Review documents to meet clinical and non-clinical requirements.
• Assist in preparing for IT system downtime, upgrades, and deployments.
• Provide administrative assistance in procurement activities.
• Manage timelines to ensure timely completion of key tasks.
• Undertake additional Clinical Operations projects as directed by the Reporting Officer.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of working experience in operation management function
• Experience in Healthcare sector is an added advantage
