Content LeadYou'll be responsible for the development and implementation of content strategies across digital channels, to achieve clients' business and marketing goals. Your role would also involve working closely with Data, UX & Creative teams to identify and qualify new revenue opportunities with existing clients, or to pursue new business.As our Content lead, you will report to the Chief Experience Officer and become the subject matter expert in the agency, working directly with clients and fostering knowledge sharing across agency teamsWhat you'll do
  • Dissect data, co-create with UX, to develop content strategy and oversee the execution (and optimisation) across digital and social media platforms including but not limited to: content portals, online media publications, social platforms.
  • SEO strategy and optimisation
  • Client-facing, to liaise with clients to better understand their needs and ensure that work delivered is satisfactory
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to produce strategic proposals and presentations that win additional business
  • Be able to articulate content strategy to brief in the Creative team, and work in partnership on the development of effective content that aligns with the brand's identity
  • Stay informed on platform and trend updates, and actively collaborate with other stakeholders and teams both internal and external to deliver best-in-class campaigns
What you'll need
  • Min 7 - 8 years of experience in a similar role at a creative agency or marketing communications environment, proven track record of effective content marketing for major brands/ clients
  • Experienced in using digital, website analytics, search analytics, social listening and measurement tools to derive insights or conduct performance reporting and optimisation
  • Strong understanding of the nuances and best practices across the various digital and social platforms
  • Expertise in digital marketing, in order to push and optimise content across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, GDN, Social)
  • Proven ability to grow, engage and maintain critical client and internal relationships
  • Experienced in developing effective brand partnerships and content with influencers, KOLs and content publishers
  • Prior lead-content role with ability to think independently and collaborate in a team-oriented workplace
