The role will be working together closely with our research team and our collaborators using the Carbon Nanotube transfer technology for the fabrication of high frequency passive devices.Key Responsibilities:The RF will work on a project to conduct the research on carbon-based passive devices for high frequency applications with our research team and our collaborators. The roles of this position include:Carbon Nanotubes growth, transfer and characterizationWaveguide/filters/lens device fabricationHigh frequency characterization of fabricated passive devicesWork together with collaborators on waveguides designDraft research papers for academic journalsMentor new manpower (PhD or FYP students) if there is anyPrepare research proposals and conduct presentations at seminars.Support the school in various teaching activities, including instructing or supervision of labs and tutorialsJob Requirement:PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and/or Electronic and Communication Engineering from top universitiesExpertise in Carbon Nanotubes materialExperienced with Carbon Nanotubes manipulationExperienced in cleanroom process such as UV Lithography, E-Beam PVD, Sputtering, RIE, etcAt least 2 years research experience in related areaGood communication skills and the ability to work with team members and collaboratorsPublication track record is an advantageMeticulous and good with dataSelf-Motivated and takes initiativeIndependent and can work well with a teamOrganized and detail orientedAbility to adapt to changing prioritiesWe regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Hiring Institution: NTU
