Scrum Project Manager

- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog.
- Ensure project goals, scope, and timelines are clearly communicated and met.
- Track sprint progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers to maintain team productivity.
- Coordinate with development, QA, design, and business teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitor and report on key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team performance.
- Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Assist in translating business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Working knowledge of Product Owner responsibilities and Agile product lifecycle.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
