- LUMOS System Implementation:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document user requirements for our new loan onboarding system (LUMOS).
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support the planning & execution of UAT, developing test cases & reporting findings to the development team.
- Reporting Automation: Develop automated Excel reports and dashboards to streamline data analysis and provide key insights.
- Secured Loans Product Support:
- Loan Origination System Support: Assist in the implementation of commercial property loans within LUMOS.
- Product Research & Analysis: Conduct market research on commercial property loans, sustainable/ESG financing, and trade finance products.
- Product & Documentation Support: Assist in preparing product documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for team onboarding, training coordination, and document management.
- Open to learning and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- Practical experience in project management methodologies and system implementation.
- A deep understanding of the loan origination process and the Secured Loans business.
