Learn more about what sets us apart .About The RoleAs our Facilities Management Property Executive (M&E), you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to the upkeep and optimization of facilities under your care. You’ll oversee maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety, ensuring every corner of our building operates smoothly and efficiently. This role offers a blend of hands-on oversight, strategy, and sustainability focus, helping our team create a safe, sustainable, and welcoming environment.What You Will Be DoingOversee facility maintenance and repair activities, upholding high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.Conduct regular inspections of M&E equipment to maintain optimal service levels.Manage and renew service contracts, licenses, and permits, ensuring they remain current and compliant.Propose improvements, repairs, and upgrades to enhance building functionality and efficiency.Coordinate and supervise contractor performance, ensuring timely, high-quality service.Implement energy-saving and water conservation initiatives to align with our sustainability goals.Lead risk management, emergency planning, and workplace safety initiatives.Prepare monthly reports, attend client meetings, and provide updates on facility operations.What We’re Looking For Someone Who’sHold a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.Bring at least 5 years of experience in property management / facilities maintenance / equipment management.Green Mark and FSM certified candidates are highly preferred.Skilled in customer service, with strong communication abilities.Knowledgeable about complex technical issues related to building maintenance and eager to propose innovative solutions.Why Knight Frank?Lots of opportunities for growth and career development.A supportive, collaborative team that values what you bring to the table.Continuous learning and development to help you advance.If you’re ready to make an impact and grow your career in property management, we’d love to hear from you!Competitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
