- Interface with Client, internal stakeholder like Service Management Office, OneCare Service Managers (SM) on all client's ops matters in Preventive Maintenance.
- Manage a team of Ops engineers on Network Preventive Maintenance to plan, execute and ensure correct database records and support SM to interface with client.
- Lead the response to network incidents, working closely with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure the engineers are up to mark for the work, plus training and upgrading.
- Develop and implement proactive measures to prevent network outages and minimize downtime.
- Take Lead in working with various client's divisions (Network sides) on operation improvement and analysis to better support the client.
- Key contributor for continuous operation improvement for OneCare Support.
- Manage relationships with network hardware and software vendors to ensure timely support and resolution of issues.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance network capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineer, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior network engineering or leadership role.
- Strong technical proficiency in network protocols, hardware, and software.
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing technical teams.
- Relevant Network certifications such as CCNP, CCIE are a plus.
- ITIL certified is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
