
Manager, Office Services and Facilities

- Facilities management: Oversee facilities management for the office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, including the management of vendors, building & office maintenance services, offsite documents storage, visitor & office security access arrangements
- Offices Services: Act as line manager of Receptionists & Office Assistants; provide or arrange covering if necessary
- Any other office duties to be assigned by Administrative Manager, as and when needed
- At least 5 years' experience of general office management, preferably gained from a professional services environment
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
- Keep up with changing priorities, willing and able to take on new responsibilities
- Having autonomy to operate well without specific direction and close supervision
- Must be able to work independently
- Ability to deal with senior lawyers and work collaboratively with other lawyers and staff throughout the firm
