This role will provide full and general support to the Singapore office to ensure a smooth and efficient service.Essential Duties:
  • Facilities management: Oversee facilities management for the office, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, including the management of vendors, building & office maintenance services, offsite documents storage, visitor & office security access arrangements
  • Offices Services: Act as line manager of Receptionists & Office Assistants; provide or arrange covering if necessary
  • Any other office duties to be assigned by Administrative Manager, as and when needed
Your Profile:
  • At least 5 years' experience of general office management, preferably gained from a professional services environment
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
  • Keep up with changing priorities, willing and able to take on new responsibilities
  • Having autonomy to operate well without specific direction and close supervision
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Ability to deal with senior lawyers and work collaboratively with other lawyers and staff throughout the firm
