
Chief Transformation Officer (End User Environment)

- Define and lead the transformation roadmap aligned to the organization's growth objectives and investment thesis.
- Partner with the CEO, CFO, and investors to identify and prioritize key value-creation levers.
- Serve as a transformation architect, integrating cross-functional initiatives into a coherent, sequenced plan.
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across functions: Finance, HR, Technology, Digital, Commercial, and Operations.
- Stand up and lead the Transformation Management Office (TMO), ensuring proper governance, cadence, and reporting.
- Establish KPIs, OKRs, and dashboards to measure progress and impact across initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks and roadblocks to transformation success.
- Serve as the key liaison between executive leadership, the board, and investors on transformation efforts.
- Build strong relationships with internal business leaders to embed accountability and ensure ownership.
- Drive cultural and behavioral change necessary for sustained transformation.
- Communicate a compelling transformation narrative internally and externally.
- Bring a consulting mindset and rigor to problem-solving, data analysis, and opportunity assessment.
- Conduct diagnostic reviews, identify performance gaps, and deliver strategic recommendations.
- Support strategic M&A, carve-outs, or integration efforts when applicable.
- 10+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Strategy&, etc.) or equivalent strategy/transformation roles.
- Proven experience working with or within private equity or venture capital-backed companies.
- Track record of leading cross-functional transformation programs that delivered measurable business value.
- Deep understanding of core business pillars: Finance, HR, Technology, Digital, Commercial, Operations.
- Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and boards.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Experience preparing a company for exit (IPO, M&A) or navigating post-acquisition change.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, analytics platforms).
- Exposure to digital transformation and modern technology stacks.
