Since Sept 2022, the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) was progressively expanded to more sectors as well as for certain occupations that cut across sectors. More lower-wage workers were uplifted as a result. As part of the Progressive Wage team, you will support the team's regulatory functions and operations to implement the PWM requirements and Local Qualifying Salaries (LQS) policies.What you will be working on:
  • Investigate into complaints on requirements under the PWM and LQS policies • Plan and conduct audits to check on compliance with requirements under the PWM and LQS policies • Liaise with PWM sectoral agencies, such as PLRD, NEA etc. on case follow up • Assess, evaluate case facts, and make appropriate recommendations • Handle complex public queries on guidelines and case specific issues
What we are looking for:
  • Relevant experience in enforcement or compliance processes work will be advantageous • Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities • Good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge in using analytical and/or visualisation tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, PowerPivot) preferred
