- Investigate into complaints on requirements under the PWM and LQS policies • Plan and conduct audits to check on compliance with requirements under the PWM and LQS policies • Liaise with PWM sectoral agencies, such as PLRD, NEA etc. on case follow up • Assess, evaluate case facts, and make appropriate recommendations • Handle complex public queries on guidelines and case specific issues
- Relevant experience in enforcement or compliance processes work will be advantageous • Strong analytical skills and conceptual abilities • Good writing, communication, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge in using analytical and/or visualisation tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, PowerPivot) preferred
